Be sure to send the package via a registered or insured shipping method as Titathink is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Titathink will not refund the cost of shipping, unless the return is a result of an error on our part (if this is the case, please contact us). The shipping costs of an average Titathink product, using a standard ground service, should be no more than $5 / $10. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Any refunds due will be made within a maximum of 14 days. Credits typically appear in customer accounts within 5 – 7 working days.
Any items received outside of the 14 days or unsolicited returns will not be processed. Customers will be contacted and be responsible for the return postage.
